FAQ's

Can I pick what items I receive each month?

Your 1st box is customizable upon sign up. Monthly boxes that follow will be curated by us based on your initial preference. Each month we release a new collection and your box will contain 1, 2 or 3 items from that collection (depending on which box level you select).

When do boxes ship?

First orders and one time orders ship almost immediately as they are customized from existing inventory, however monthly subscription orders are billed on the 1st and go through a production and packaging process throughout the month with dispatch typically resulting from the 20th-30th of the month (depending on which batch your order is in). The monthly 1st charge is a “reservation” which ensures you receive an order for the month, as the handcrafted inventory is limited and needs to be reserved in advance for assembly and shipment.

Can I skip a month?

Absolutely! Club shipments can be skipped or canceled at any time before monthly payment is processed.

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely! Club memberships can be canceled at any time from within your account portal or emailing hello@mothers-cupboard.com

What's your return policy?

We accept returns for US orders within 30 days of your order delivery date (not including shipping costs). For club returns, the entire contents of your delivery must be returned together, and in new condition. Please email, hello@mothers-cupboard.com for additional return instructions.
